Medical Break

We've had a horrible week:
  • The munchkin has been prodded, poked and scanned to diagnose her three week long fever
  • My maternal grandfather is in the ICU waiting for his angiogram this morning
  • My paternal grandmother is getting her MRI done for a suspected dislocated shoulder, right at this moment
So, please don't go away if I'm missing for a while. I'll be popping-up in all your comment sections for sure in the interim.

    The update: The little one is on antibiotics for 6 months, which is good, compared to what we could have ended up with. My grandfather's back home thought he has to be slow down quite a bit now. My grandmother is still in the hospital, though they have controlled the pain.

    Wow, antibiotics for six months! That sounds awful but you're right, much better than some alternatives! So glad your grandfather is back home and I'm hoping that by now your grandmother is as well.

    Tracey, Melissa @ Everyone's on the mend, so the worst is behind us. My grandmom has almost a year of recovery, since she's 80 and diabetic.

    So sorry to hear about all of this! I hope everyone is much better now. Why is V on antibiotics for six months? and why a 3 week long fever?!!?We need to catch up ..hugs
